How it works after you send a request

1. Introductions

You and each pro you picked get an introduction by email, and by text if you checked the text box, with each other's names and how you want to be reached.

2. A backup pro

If a pro hasn't replied after a few hours, we'll offer you the next pro who serves your county. You choose whether to send it.

3. Tracking (coming soon)

A tracker will show each step: requested, visit booked, quote received, hired, done. See an example.
